In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Clarivant Health", "we", "us", "our" means Clarivant Health Intelligence, operating the website and report platform.
• "Report" means any market intelligence report, sector briefing, custom output, data file, chart set, or written analysis produced by Clarivant Health Intelligence.
• "Purchaser", "you", "your" means any individual or organisation that purchases, licences, accesses, or uses a Report or this website.
• "Licence" means the access right granted to a Purchaser upon payment or written agreement.
• "Content" means text, data, charts, analysis, forecasts, tables, graphics, and other material included in a Report or on this website.
• "Custom Intelligence" means bespoke research, briefings, or analysis produced to a client specification.

By purchasing a Report, submitting a sample request, using this website, or engaging Clarivant Health for Custom Intelligence, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

If you do not accept these Terms, do not purchase or access our Reports or use this website.

Each Report is supplied under one of the following licence types. The applicable licence is confirmed at purchase or in the written agreement.

Attribution requirement

Where citation is permitted, attribution must read: Source: Clarivant Health Intelligence, [Report Title], [Year].

Free sample reports

Free samples are provided for evaluation only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or cited externally.

The following uses are prohibited under all licence types:

• Sharing, posting, uploading, or forwarding Report content outside the licensed user group.
• Reselling, sub-licensing, or commercially distributing a Report or portion of a Report.
• Using Report content to create a competing intelligence product, database, or research service.
• Removing attribution or misrepresenting Clarivant Health Intelligence as endorsing a product, service, investment, or company.
• Using Report content for clinical, diagnostic, prescribing, patient-care, or medical decision-making purposes.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting website or Report data by automated means.
• Uploading Report content to AI training systems, large language models, or machine learning datasets.

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of taxes, including VAT or similar taxes where applicable. Payment is due in full at purchase unless an enterprise agreement states otherwise.

Reports are delivered as digital files to the registered email address after payment confirmation or account approval. Enterprise licence terms may be governed by a separate written contract.

Cancellation and refunds

Because Reports are delivered digitally, refunds are not provided after delivery. If delivery fails, contact research@clarivanthealthintelligence.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Report updates

Where a materially revised edition of the same Report is published within 60 days of purchase, we may provide the updated edition at no additional charge. Later updates are priced separately.

All Reports, website content, data compilations, analysis, formatting, and brand elements are the intellectual property of Clarivant Health Intelligence or its licensors. Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content according to the applicable licence. It does not transfer ownership.

Reports represent analyst judgement based on primary research, company disclosures, regulatory filings, and publicly available data at the time of publication. They are provided for informational and strategic planning purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reports and website content are provided as is without warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or future market performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarivant Health Intelligence's aggregate liability for any claim arising from a Report shall not exceed the price paid for that specific Report.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or commercial losses, or for decisions made based on Report content, including investment, M&A, licensing, procurement, or commercial strategy decisions.

Reports are not medical advice, clinical guidelines, treatment recommendations, regulatory submissions, clinical study reports, or patient-facing healthcare guidance. Any clinical use is strictly prohibited and entirely at the user's risk.

Clarivant Health treats Custom Intelligence engagements as confidential. We do not disclose client identities, engagement scope, or bespoke deliverables without written consent except where required by law.

You agree not to use this website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape data, or upload unlawful or offensive content. We may restrict access at our discretion.

Clarivant Health may terminate or suspend a licence if a purchaser breaches licence terms, uses content in a prohibited manner, fails to pay, or provides materially false information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The last updated date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or Reports after revision constitutes acceptance.
